The updated handbook is available here, and can also be found in the Family Portal under "Resource Documents."

    Family Portal

What is the Family Portal and what can I find there?

The Family Portal is a service provided to all enrolled school families. Each family is given a login and password. There you can find your student's class schedule, homework assignments, and grades, plus general school information like the Parent/Student Handbook, Bell Schedule, and Dress Code. It's also where you update your student information (contact, family, medical, transportation).

    Student Dignity Policy

How can a Legacy student report bullying concerns?

    +

LCA does not tolerate any form of bullying, hazing, or harassment. If a student is uncomfortable approaching the offender directly, or the behavior persists, they should immediately inform their school principal. Students may also report incidents via the Bullying Report form (students must be signed in with their Legacy credentials). The full Student Dignity Policy is in the Parent/Student Handbook.

    Google Classroom & Privacy

What access do I have to my child's Google Classroom?

    +

Google Classroom's Guardian email summaries give guardians visibility into their student's classes. Reach out to one of your child's teachers to be added as a guardian; summaries can be received daily or weekly and include guardian preview links to your child's Classwork pages. Learn more in this Google Support article.

Information regarding Google's services and privacy and security practices can be found here.
